Shipping

We ship from Auckland, New Zealand. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

New Zealand: $6 flat. Free on orders of $50 or more (the 2-Pack and 3-Pack ship free). Delivery is typically 1–3 business days after dispatch via tracked courier. Rural addresses may take 1–2 days longer.

Australia: $12 flat, tracked. Delivery typically 3–7 business days after dispatch. Any customs or import charges are the buyer's responsibility (orders under AU$1,000 generally attract none).

You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships. If it's gone quiet for more than 5 business days (NZ) or 10 (AU), email hello@mrweekender.co.nz and we'll chase it.

Returns: the 30-day money-back guarantee

If the wash isn't for you, you have 30 days from delivery to a full refund, and we cover the return postage. Used bottles are fine, that's the point of a trial.

How it works: email hello@mrweekender.co.nz with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching us.

Damaged or faulty on arrival? Photo + order number to the same address and we'll replace or refund immediately, no need to return anything.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
